egregious

Parents of Michigan boy charged in Oxford school shooting | AP News

PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) — A prosecutor filed involuntary manslaughter charges Friday against the parents of a teen accused of killing four students at a Michigan high school, saying they failed to intervene on the day of the tragedy despite being confronted with a drawing and chilling message — “blood everywhere” — that was found at the boy’s desk.

James and Jennifer Crumbley committed “egregious” acts, from buying a gun on Black Friday and making it available to Ethan Crumbley to resisting his removal from school when they were summoned a few hours before the shooting, Oakland County prosecutor Karen McDonald said.

“I expect parents and everyone to have humanity and to step in and stop a potential tragedy,” she said. “The conclusion I draw is that there was absolute reason to believe this individual was dangerous and disturbed.”

racist ambush

question: why didn't the white vigilantes target white trespassers?

answer: simple--because it was a racist ambush.

an ugly incident

Strasburg Police investigating a hate crime after a house was vandalized

thank you, WHSV, for your factual report. we don't get many of those here in strasburg.

despite politicians and others who may wish to put a lid on ugly incidents, and if unsuccessful, attempt to put lipstick on the pig, the fact remains that it's still a pig.

I'm puzzled by the statement from town police that "they will continue to investigate leads". does this mean that the police are relying on leads from the public to investigate trespassing and vandalism in this case? or are the police investigating these crimes independent of whether or not they get leads from the public?

other questions:
  • will law enforcement vigorously investigate this crime? or will it be "handled" with "a wink and a nod"?
  • will the perpetrator(s) be identified and charged?
  • will they be tried?
  • will they be sentenced?
  • if so, will the sentence be "a slap on the wrist"?
answer: time will tell.

are racists, bigots, homophobes and white supremacists good people? trump would have you believe that they are by the remarks that he made concerning the unite the right rally in charlottesville on august 12, 2017 during which Heather Heyer was killed. trump said that there were "fine people on both sides". the facts are that there were racists, white supremacists, a murderer and other violent people on one side. these aren't "fine people".

The same is true of january 6 when violent criminals stormed the US capitol destroying property, threatening lawmakers and assaulting, injuring and murdering police. these violent criminals are not good people.

the facts are that as long as racism, bigotry, homophobia, white supremacy, violence and murder are not roundly condemned publicly, then people in the USA and around the world will think that the USA tolerates racism, bigotry, homophobia, white supremacy, violence and murder.

citizens have the responsibility to speak the truth publicly.

knuckleheads

to all of you knuckleheads who won't get the covid 19 vaccine or wear a mask:

BFD! it's a shot--like the polio vaccine.

it's a piece of cloth that you put over your mouth and nose to protect yourself and others. I had to wear one when I was in basic training at ft. benning because of a spinal meningitis scare.

If you're so scared of a shot that may save yours or someone else's life, and you get covid and suffer and die--oh well!

tinker's damn

what good are men who won't fight for their family (wife, daughters) and their country?
answer: no good. not worth a tinker's damn.

what good is congress (and the supreme court) when congress refuses to do their constitutional duty to declare war (and the supreme court allows them to do so) and POTUS (one person instead of the hundreds in congress required by the US constitution) sends american troops to combat in a foreign country?
answer: no good. not worth a tinker's damn.

what good is a president (or presidents) who send american troops into a godforsaken county to defend that country when the men of that country won't defend their country themselves?
answer: no good. not worth a tinker's damn.
our involvement in afghanistan grew from george w. bush's "payback" to sadam hussain for disrespecting w's old man.

I feel for females in afghanistan. I don't give a tinker's damn for adult males in afghanistan who won't fight for their families or their country. they're cowards. in the 1770s when king george was oppressing american colonists and britain was taxing the american colonies unfairly, colonists didn't whine to foreign countries "britain is being unfair to us. come fight them for us." NO! they picked up their guns and said to britain "we've had enough! we're mad as hell and we're NOT going to take it any more! we declare ourselves free of your oppressive laws and taxes!"

afghan men are cowards. they, and their families (wife, daughters), reap what they sow.

inside and outside "the box"

In today's world there are few who think intelligently "outside the box". Specifically, in politics and government, and generally in the general population, it's difficult to find those who think intelligently even "inside the box". fortunately, there are exceptions. Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey blasts unvaccinated residents

you know what they say--"you just can't fix stupid".

you just can't fix stupid.

The truck fits under the bridge,” he said, referring to the cab. “The back part may not have.” brilliant! perhaps geldart should have also said that pedestrian bridges aren't designed to withstand a truck traveling 70 mph with an over-the-limit high load slamming into a pedestrian bridge. The truck is owned by a salvage company (were they looking for work?). it isn't difficult to imagine junk in the bed more than 14 feet high from the ground. can you imagine the driver looking in the rear view mirror and saying: "WTH was that!"? you just can't fix stupid.

Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?

Matthew 7: 1-5

and what was president joe biden's reaction?

what these blind bishops fail to realize is that it's president biden's JOB to represent ALL americans--christians and nonchristians. what these blind pharisees fail to realize is that THEIR job is NOT politics--and, it is NOT interfering with an individual's God-given right to choose right or wrong. THEIR job is to remove all of the wooden beams (of which there are many) from THEIR own eyes, and from the church that they represent.

Matthew 23

prosecuting crimes

  1. don't expect criminals to prosecute themselves.
  2. If you want to kill a snake, cut off its head.
  3. if you want to stop crimes of a mafia family, go after the don.
  4. governments need will and tenacity to prosecute high profile criminals.
  5. aye, there's the rub.

"we have met the enemy and he is us."

Walt Kelly's poster applies to more than just earth day.

we elect republicans and democrats whose polarizing rhetoric and actions have divided our nation into opposing ideological extremes. e.g., donald trump, nancy pelosi, mitch mcconnell, my federal, state and local representatives, your federal, state and local representatives.

had enough?

to fix our dysfunctional government is simple and easy--stop voting for  republican and democratic party candidates, including incumbents.

voting for a republican or a democrat is a vote for their party.
public domain

even with their billion dollar "see crap" donors, if voters don't vote for republicans and democrats, then the republican and democratic parties will shrivel up and die.

once the republican and democratic parties are gone, and PACs and lobbyists are rendered powerless, then much-needed changes to the constitution can be made--like "no taxation without representation", a.k.a. powerful national politicians that 99+ percent of american voters didn't vote for (e.g., pelosi, mcconnell, republican and democratic party bosses, etc.) and PACs like "see crap".

in the next election don't vote for republicans or democrats. hopefully, some day, when the republican party, the democratic party, antiquated party rules, lobbyists and "see crap" PACs are gone, and the constitution has been amended, then we'll ALL be able to vote for candidates who represent us--not their party.

nothing will be better for our country.

the same goes for the news media--stop patronizing biased, sycophant news media that lobby for the republican and democratic parties and their "see crap" PACs, instead of reporting the news factually and truthfully. they'll go out of business. nothing will be better for the USA.

wise up, america

donald trump, nancy pelosi, mitch mcconnell, riots, shootings, covid surges, immigration, national debt, demonstrations, polls, china, russia, north korea, iran, iraq, afghanistan, ...

had enough?

wise up, america!

our government is broken. the time to fix it is WAY past due. fixing our broken government starts with getting rid of political parties. (NOTE: for an in depth analysis of our broken government I recommend:  https://www.amazon.com/Solving-Democracy-democracy-politics-government-ebook/dp/B077P6RHP9/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top )

so, I'm asking again.

see crap CPAC.

CPAC's neo-Nazi stage design was a public high-five to white supremacy

had enough?

I've been asking this question for many years. after four years of trump, the face of the republican party, I'm asking again.
